We’re hiring a dependable, experienced Grill Cook to join our team. This is not a starter position. We need someone who knows how to run a busy grill station, work clean, move fast, and stay focused during a rush.
About the Role:
- This position is strictly for the grill station—you’ll be cooking smash burgers, hot dogs, breakfast items (on occasion), and specialty sandwiches.
- You’ll be expected to maintain consistency, speed, and cleanliness throughout every shift.
- We run a tight kitchen and value people who can hold themselves accountable without constant supervision.
What We’re Looking For:
- experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong knife and flat-top skills
- Able to manage multiple tickets and communicate clearly with the team
- Punctual, professional, and drama-free
- Must be comfortable working weekends and some evenings
- Familiar with basic food safety and cleanliness standards
