SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to lead key human resources initiatives and drive organizational success through people-focused strategies. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. The HR Manager will oversee core HR functions, including employee relations, talent management, compliance, and workforce planning, while partnering with senior leadership to shape a positive and high-performing culture.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Lead HR operations and programs across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders, providing guidance on performance management, organizational design, and employee relations.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and culturally aligned experience for employees.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Participate in benefits administration and lead compliance initiatives, including open enrollment and policy updates.
- Drive change management efforts to support organizational transformation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring strategies align with business needs and enhance employer branding.
- Facilitate leadership development and training programs, promoting growth and retention of top talent.
- Partner with HR Director and senior leadership on succession planning, compensation strategies, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Manage HR projects and lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.
MAIN QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) strongly preferred.
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to various locations within the region as needed.
