Client Services Associate

Summary:

We’ve partnered with a growing, award-winning wealth management firm in search of a Financial Client Service Associate! This is an exciting opportunity to grow your experience in the financial world, with potential to grow into a Financial Advisor (upon completion of Series 65 or 66). This role will operate fully onsite in Madison, WI Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Pay is $60,000 per year and competitive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure clients receive professional service and timely responses to requests
• Serve as initial point of contact in office as well as via phone and email
• Identify needs and respond with appropriate information
• Coordinate client and firm events to meet desired objectives
• Support daily office operations
• Adhere to confidentiality, security, and privacy protocols

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• 2 years of experience in wealth management, account management, banking or related
• Licensure highly preferred: Series 65 or Series 66
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse group of people and businesses
• Strong math skills
• Ability and willingness to quickly learn information, and work with little supervision
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of both client and staff information
