Job Title: Assembler
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team in the Muskego area.
About the Role:
This is a first-shift position with a competitive hourly rate starting at $19.75 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Read and follow instructions for door panel assembly, including Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Gather all necessary parts and supplies required per order
- Use hand tools (electric, pneumatic, manual) to install components and assemble panels according to drawings, instructions, or direction
- Verify that the finished product meets quality specifications
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of assembly experience in an industrial warehouse environment
- Ability to understand and use measuring equipment such as tape measures, scales, and decimal/fraction measures
- Safe operation of hand and power tools to produce parts as directed
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
