Warehouse Specialist with CDL - 1st Shift

Summary:
We are partnering with our client to find a dedicated Warehouse Associate responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory handling, order fulfillment, and material movement. This role requires a at least a CDL‑C ( CDL B and A are okay as well) to safely operate company vehicles for local deliveries, equipment transport, and inter‑facility transfers. Ensures efficient workflow, accuracy, and adherence to all safety standards. This is a direct hire opportunity!

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP/WMS systems by capturing production work order data.
• Conduct cycle counts and support monthly/quarterly inventory audits
• Effectively communicating with the operations team and cross-functional partners
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for distribution
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment

Qualifications:

• 2 years manufacturing/logistics experience (Preferably food production)
• Strong computer skills required (data entry, production reporting, MS office and ERP/WMS applications)
• Strong math skills, attention to detail & time management
• Ability to multi-task and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Valid CDL- C, ( CDL -A or CDL-B license strongly preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent
