Summary:
The QC Analytical Chemist supports Production and Formulations by performing analytical testing on pharmaceutical and cleaning samples. After training, the chemist performs routine analyses with minimal supervision while ensuring cGMP compliance.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Pay rate: $20 - $27/hour depending on experience level

The QC Analytical Chemist supports Production and Formulations by performing analytical testing on pharmaceutical and cleaning samples. This role follows approved methods, internal procedures, compendial monographs, and client protocols. After training, the chemist performs routine analyses with minimal supervision while ensuring cGMP compliance.

Responsibilties:
- Perform analytical testing on pharmaceutical and cleaning samples.
- Follow SOPs, test methods, protocols, and cGMP requirements.
- Prepare samples, weigh materials, pipette, and make laboratory solutions.
- Perform or assist with basic equipment calibrations.
- Maintain accurate cGMP documentation, including notebooks and logbooks.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Lift/carry up to 55 lbs as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and support Halal/Kosher requirements when applicable.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
- Experience with laboratory equipment and troubleshooting preferred.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, co workers, and clients.
