Responsibilities
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments and offsets
- Ensure parts meet quality and production standards
- Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate issues or needed adjustments to supervisors or 1st shift team as needed
- Previous experience as a CNC Machinist or CNC Operator
- Ability to adjust and maintain CNC machines (programming not required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read basic work instructions and use measuring tools
