In this role as spa attendant, you will serve as a supporter of the spa concierge, spa therapists, as well as attend to guests in our spa lounge, providing outstanding customer service. After 30 days, if your skillset is ready, you'll be trained as a full spa concierge - the customer service face of the spa! Spa Attendant Role:

The Spa Attendant helps create a clean, calm, and welcoming experience for every guest. This role supports the concierge and therapist teams while keeping the lounge, treatment areas, and spa supplies ready throughout the day.

Key duties include:

• Welcome guests and assist with basic needs or directions.
• Support the concierge team with guest flow, room readiness, and daily spa operations.
• Help therapists prepare and reset treatment rooms between appointments.
• Clean and sanitize lounge areas, restrooms, showers, and other shared spaces.
• Collect, wash, dry, fold, and organize towels, robes, sheets, and other spa linens.
• Restock linens, amenities, beverages, and treatment supplies.
• Remove used linens, dishes, trash, and other items promptly.
• Monitor spa areas throughout the day and respond quickly when cleaning or restocking is needed.
• Keep laundry, storage, and back-of-house areas clean and organized.
• Report maintenance, supply, or safety concerns to management.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and guest privacy standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other duties as needed to support a smooth guest experience.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional front desk experience.
• Handle client communication, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up inquiries using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office tools.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, proofreading, and managing client databases with computer literacy and organizational skills.
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally, ensuring a memorable spa experience.

**Growth Opportunity: A successful Spa Attendant who is ready to take on greater responsibility, more direct guest and therapist contact, and expanded scheduling and service duties will be promoted to Spa Concierge, including additional training for that role.

Spa Concierge Role:

The Spa Concierge plays a central role in creating a smooth, welcoming experience for Qi Lounge guests and supporting our therapist team. This position involves frequent guest interaction, appointment coordination, hands-on lounge services, and maintaining an organized, guest-ready environment.

Key Duties Include:

• Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the Qi Lounge experience.
• Answer phone, text, email, and in-person inquiries professionally.
• Book, confirm, reschedule, and cancel spa appointments accurately.
• Help guests select appropriate services based on their needs and preferences.
• Complete guest check-in and check-out, including processing payments.
• Ensure guests complete all required intake forms and provide relevant information before meeting with their spa therapist.
• Communicate guest needs, scheduling updates, and special requests clearly to the therapist team.
• Manage appointment flow so guests and therapists remain prepared and on schedule.
• Perform approved simple lounge services while providing attentive, professional care. These services earn automatic gratuity in addition to the position’s hourly pay.
• Prepare and reset lounge and service areas between guests.
• Maintain a calm, clean, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the spa.
• Wash, dry, fold, organize, and restock towels, sheets, robes, and other spa linens.
• Monitor laundry throughout the shift to ensure clean linens are always available for the therapist team.
• Restock guest amenities, beverages, treatment supplies, and retail areas as needed.
• Clean and sanitize guest areas, service spaces, restrooms, laundry areas, and shared surfaces.
• Support therapists with room readiness, supplies, guest transitions, and daily operational needs.
• Maintain accurate guest information while respecting privacy and confidentiality.
• Respond to guest questions or concerns with professionalism and involve management when appropriate.
• Complete opening, closing, and shift-transition duties.
• Follow all Qi Lounge sanitation, safety, service, and guest-care standards.
• Assist with additional duties as needed to support guest flow and the overall success of the spa.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
