We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations with a strong emphasis on team development, training, wine knowledge, and exceptional hospitality. This role is responsible for building and maintaining a culture of excellence through hands-on leadership, structured training, coaching, and consistent reinforcement of service standards. The ideal candidate will be an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys developing people, can effectively train both new and existing team members, and understands how knowledgeable, confident employees translate into stronger guest experiences and improved business performance.
The Food & Beverage Operations Manager will oversee front-of-house operations while working closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless execution across the restaurant. A strong working knowledge of wine is essential, including varietals, regions, producers, vintages, food pairings, proper wine service, and the ability to educate and engage both employees and guests. This position will take an active role in wine and beverage training, pre-shift education, service development, and ongoing staff certification and evaluation. In addition, the manager will help drive sales, manage labor and operating costs, maintain service and safety standards, and develop a knowledgeable, hospitality-focused team capable of delivering a consistently elevated dining experience.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
