Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Loss Prevention & Inventory Control Associate to support our growing network of gas stations and convenience stores across Michigan. This individual will be responsible for monitoring CCTV, conducting manual inventory counts, identifying theft or suspicious activity, verifying store transactions, and assisting with social media marketing and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious behavior
- Identify patterns of shoplifting or employee theft and report incidents
- Conduct manual inventory counts and reconcile with POS system data
- Verify daily credit card batch settlements, fuel invoices, and store reports
- Assist with marketing store promotions via social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google)
- Help maintain store compliance, reporting, and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Experience in loss prevention, retail security, or surveillance monitoring required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
- Familiarity with convenience store operations, fuel systems, or POS
- Ability to understand and review invoices, reports, and financial batches
- Social media marketing experience is a plus
- Professional, trustworthy, and organized

Multiple locations in Michigan – candidate must be able to travel locally between stores as needed
Pay:
Starting $16/hr
