The Mission:
· Lead, train and inspire the team to find the balance in working hard while having fun with customers and fellow employees
· Manage the overall operations of the store in the absence of the owner
· Develop a customer-centric culture that makes Pump House an awesome place for dessert and friendly place to hang out
What you need to bring:

· Leadership experience
· Flexible schedule
· Valid driver's license, insurance and means of transportation
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
