Compensation: $22–$24/hour commissions & bonuses (target OTE $50,000–$70,000 in year 1)
The Pulse Training Center is a high energy boxing and bootcamp studio focused on helping busy adults get stronger, leaner, and more confident through coached classes, accountability, and community. We’re growing and looking for a sales-first, people-obsessed teammate who can own front-of-house revenue and retention and grow into Studio Manager.
Sales & Pipeline
- Respond to new leads quickly via phone, text, and DM; set and confirm tours/first sessions.
- Host in-person tours and consultations; present programs and close memberships same-day.
- Reactivate past leads and win back previous or frozen members.
Member Success & Retention
- Deliver Day 1/7/21 new-member check-ins and milestone touch points.
- Monitor attendance, run “at-risk” outreach, and execute save offers for holds/cancels.
- Celebrate wins, gather testimonials, and support basic InBody/measurement appointments.
Front-of-House Operations
- Maintain lobby standards, opening/closing procedures, and simple admin in our CRM.
- Support light retail/merch and help capture content (quick member wins) as needed.
- Speed-to-lead during staffed hours: under 5 minutes
- 15–20 booked tours per week (varies with lead flow)
- 65–75% show rate with confirmations & reminders
- 45–55% close rate (tours → paid)
- <5% monthly churn with 25–35% “save” rate on cancels/holds
- Positive Net MRR growth month over month
- Peak on-site coverage: Mon–Thu 3:00–8:00 pm; Sat 8:00 am–12:00 pm
- Daily outreach blocks: typically 9:30–11:30 am and 1:00–3:00 pm
- (Some flexibility based on events and lead volume.)
- 1 year of experience in sales, membership, or customer-facing roles (fitness, hospitality, retail, or call center preferred).
- Confident on the phone and face-to-face; comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale.
- Organized and coachable with a love for checklists, scripts, and hitting numbers.
- Friendly, professional presence in a busy gym environment.
- Tech-comfortable (texting/dialer/CRM; experience with Mindbody/ HighPower CRM).
- Hourly: $22–$24 based on experience.
- Commission: $100 per new membership (up to $150 for higher tiers/PIF), $25–$50 per save/reactivation.
- Bonuses: Monthly team bonus for hitting Net MRR and churn goals.

- Month 1–2: Master the sales pipeline, tour/close, and new-member onboarding.

Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
