What will this position do?
The Marketing Director is primarily responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
This role ensures the marketing team delivers measurable results by aligning campaigns, messaging, and market positioning with overall business objectives.

What else will you do?
STRATEGIC PLANNING & LEADERSHIP
- Contribute to company-wide strategic planning and positioning initiatives.
- Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on market trends and brand direction.
TEAM LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for team members.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and skill development initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and accountable team culture.
MARKET GROWTH & REPORTING
- Identify growth opportunities through market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
- Generate qualified leads through targeted marketing strategies and programs that align with company goals.
- Provide reporting on marketing KPIs such as lead generation, conversation rates, and campaign performance.
PRODUCT & CUSTOMER MARKETING
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and features.
- Partner with internal teams to define value propositions and positioning.
- Oversee the creation of sales materials, case studies, and product content.
BRAND STRATEGY & COMMUNICATIONS
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels, campaigns, and content including internal content and marketing.
- Guide creative direction for all marketing assets, campaigns, and messaging.
DIGITAL MARKETING & CAMPAIGNS
- Drive growth through digital channels: SEO, SEM, email, paid social, and display.
- Manage lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies.
- Own the website, landing pages, and digital content experience.
BUDGET & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
- Manage the marketing budget and prioritize initiatives based on ROI.
- Negotiate contracts and assess vendor performance to ensure alignment with goals.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum: 5 years experience in marketing role with 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)
- Preferred experience: Salesforce CRM, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva or online creative platforms, Google Ads and Analytics
SKILLS
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics, reporting and performance metrics.
- Ability to travel a few times a year to attend trade shows to stay current with market
