Licensed Psychologist

The Psychology Center is seeking a child or adult generalist psychologist to join our multidisciplinary practice group in Madison, WI. Interested candidates should have a broad range of experience. Interest and experience working with first responders or with conducting evaluations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psycho-diagnostic evaluations to assess diagnosis and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Provide outpatient individual psychotherapy
• Opportunities to provide group, couples, and family therapy
• Opportunities to conduct psychological evaluations
• Attend bi-weekly staff and case consultation meetings
• Participate in limited projects or committee work focused on developing clinic programs, promoting high standards of care, and supporting healthy workplace culture

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold a Wisconsin Psychologist License and be in good standing with the Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board or be licensure eligible
• Applicants must have a doctoral degree in Psychology
• Applicants seeking full-time employment are preferred, but applicants seeking part-time employment will also be considered

We provide outpatient psychotherapy services across the life span, have a thriving DBT program, and have a successful psychological evaluation team. We provide high quality and effective assessment and treatment through use of empirically-supported approaches and prioritization of collaboration and consultation among providers. Our clinic is strongly established in the Madison community, and our referral base allows our clinicians to quickly develop and easily maintain a stable practice. Compensation and benefits

• Full time psychologists at The Psychology Center have excellent income potential and can earn production-based salaries of $130,000
• Clinicians at The Psychology Center are also eligible to participate in a very strongly supported 401K program which presently includes a 4% match, a 3% safe harbor contribution, and profit sharing
• Additional benefits include short term disability insurance, a contribution for continuing education expenses, and partially supported health care and dental benefits
• Flexible work schedules with ability to set own hours
• Hybrid work available with up to 50% remote work
