We model body-mind wellness and support you, your growth, and your unique journey so you can support the same for your Psyched clients.THE OPPORTUNITY:We are seeking a Couples Therapist to provide compassionate, relationally focused therapy for couples.You’ll work with couples navigating life transitions, intimacy challenges, parenting strain, infidelity, or emotional disconnection.Caseload: 15–30 hours per week (your choice)Format: Remote/virtual and in-personLocation: East Bridgewater, MA or Middleboro, MACompensation: $60–$93 per sessionYou choose your hours, when you practice, how you practice, and with who you practice. You create an initial assessment and treatment plan as well as a progress notes for each session.What Psyched does? We provide full insurance credentialing and re-credentialing, marketing to fill your caseload, insurance billing, client payments, general administrative support, phone support, scheduling, easy-to-use EMR, supervision, best practices coaching, and other support too long to mention.QUALIFICATIONS:You are a state licensed mental health clinician (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Ph.D).You are licensed in MA.You have 3 months of post licensed experience.You carry malpractice insurance.You practice a wellness mindset and embrace a holistic alternative philosophy.You welcome community, connection, care, fun and value.You understand wellness from a body-mind-soul perspective.You love autonomy and able to work independently.You want to connect, grow and foster your own wellbeing in mutual support of Psyched therapy team.Benefits to Build a Lifestyle of Care:Grow as we Grow. You pay us a percentage of the money we collect on your behalf, with the percentage determined by how many hours you bill through us. Our top performer made $102,000/yr averaging 23 hours/week for 50 weeks in 2024. Other therapists offer 15 hrs/week earning $65,000.Flexible Schedule. Since you are hiring us to manage your practice, you remain independent and get to make your own schedule and choose whether to see patients in-person or via telehealth.Health Insurance Stipend. We help pay your health premium up to $300/month for therapists averaging 21 hrs/week.Fitness & Wellness Membership. We pay for your yoga, gym, or wellness membership. Body health is mental health. Do body-mind stuff!Continuing Education (CEU) Opportunities. Access exclusive Psyched Group CEU courses to deepen your clinical skills and expand your expertise. Our CEU courses are included as part of our commitment to your professional growth.Clinical Supervision. We offer a collaborative platform for online group supervision so you are not alone. Let us help you provide quality care with the help of your peers. (formally once/month and on-call as needed).Optional Fun. Once per quarter, you can join other clinicians using the services of The Psyched Group for fun activities. We get together for dinners, holidays, mountain hikes, beach events, and more.Yoga. Join in our weekly virtual yoga class.Meditation. Twice per week, we offer a 20-minute meditation at the beginning of the day to cultivate the positive mindset and ensure safeguards against burnout.Free “Weekend Wellness” Retreats. Once per year, we offer clinicians utilizing our services a free weekend wellness stay at the Psyched Beach House in Narragansett, Rhode Island or Psyched Mountain Home in Brenton Woods, New Hampshire.
