About the Role The Psy Center is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy services. This role is focused on therapy only (psychological assessment opportunities available to those with experience), allowing clinicians to build a consistent caseload while working with children, adolescents, and adults across Washington State. What You’ll Do Conduct intake assessments and ongoing psychotherapy Provide evidence-based treatment (CBT, trauma-informed care, etc.) Treat concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma (PTSD), stress, and life transitions Develop and implement treatment plans Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation Provide services via telehealth and/or in-person sessions Collaborate with referral sources when appropriate Qualifications Active Washington State license (or license-eligible): LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or Associate Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults Training in evidence-based modalities Strong clinical and documentation skills Comfortable with telehealth platforms Compensation & Structure 1099 contractor (first 90 days) Opportunity to transition to W2 employee after 90 days 1099 Compensation: Competitive percentage split (e.g., 60–70%), based on experience W2 Option (after 90 days): Hourly or salaried structure (depending on caseload) Potential additional benefits and incentives
