Physician Assistant – Family Medicine | Full-Time

The Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care. This role emphasizes continuity of care, evidence-based practice, and collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams in a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services including physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Manage acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory illnesses
• Perform routine procedures and preventive screenings
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and supervision guidelines
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists for coordinated patient care
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs
