Pain Management Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Bullhead City, AZ (New Grads Welcome)
Silver Creek Medical Associates, a physician-owned interventional pain management practice based in Bullhead City, Arizona, is seeking two Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join their expanding team. This is a permanent position offering strong clinical mentorship and a supportive work environment.
Position Highlights:
- Location: Bullhead City, AZ – Mohave County, near Laughlin, NV and 100 miles from Las Vegas
- Setting: Outpatient interventional pain management clinic
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (no call, no weekends)
- Full-time preferred; part-time candidates also considered
- Collaborate with an interventional pain physician, APPs, MAs, and administrative support
- Each APP typically has a dedicated medical assistant
- Responsibilities include patient evaluations, medication refills, pharmacy reviews, and procedure ordering
- No workers’ comp cases; medication management only
- EMR: Practice Fusion
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible NP or PA
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong interest in pain management and outpatient care
