Position Summary
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our outpatient behavioral health team in Daytona Beach, Florida.
The Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in an outpatient-only setting, with flexible hours that support a balanced and fulfilling clinical practice. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered mental health care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary model.
Primary Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and ongoing management of mental health conditions.

Provide medication management and collaborate on psychotherapy plans when appropriate.

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, primary care physicians, and advanced practice providers.

Participate in the development of behavioral health initiatives and quality improvement programs.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Contribute to a supportive and collaborative clinical environment focused on patient outcomes.
Qualifications

Education: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from an accredited institution.

Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.

Experience: Prior outpatient behavioral health experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Licensure: Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills.

Proficiency in electronic health records.
