Position Summary
The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join its established Women’s Health practice conveniently located on the hospital campus in Lawton, OK.
The incoming physician will join a collaborative and experienced team of two other providers, providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to the community. This full-time, permanent opportunity features a 1:4 call schedule, strong clinical support, and excellent earning potential.

Essential Position Responsibilities

Provide full-scope OB/GYN care, including prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum services.

Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Conduct annual wellness exams, family planning consultations, and preventive screenings.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and midwives to ensure high-quality patient care.

Participate in call coverage (1:4 rotation).

Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Engage in ongoing professional development and hospital initiatives.
Qualifications
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
Licensure & Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology; eligible for Oklahoma medical licensure.
Experience: Prior OB/GYN experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Skills: Excellent clinical, surgical, and communication skills; patient-focused and team-oriented.
Compensation and Recruitment Package

Compensation aligned with MGMA median or higher (based on experience).
