Position Summary

The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join its well-established, hospital-employed primary care clinic located on the hospital campus in Lawton, OK.

This is a full-time, outpatient-only position with a Monday–Friday schedule and no hospital call, offering an excellent opportunity for physicians seeking a stable, collaborative, and patient-focused clinical environment. The incoming provider will work alongside an experienced team of primary care physicians and advanced practice providers, supported by strong administrative and nursing staff.

Essential Position Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients.

• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Conduct preventive health exams, screenings, and wellness visits.

• Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system.

• Participate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications

Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Licensure & Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine; eligible for Oklahoma medical licensure.
Experience: Prior outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Skills: Strong communication, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills; commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation at or above MGMA median, commensurate with experience

• Quarterly bonus potential

• $30,000 sign-on bonus

• $3,000 CME allowance 5 days CME annually
