Position Overview
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
• Perform preventive care, health screenings, and wellness visits
• Coordinate care with specialists and integrated care teams
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
• Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives
• Shared call coverage depending on practice needs
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Connecticut State medical licensure
• Active or eligible DEA registration
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
