Position: General Psychiatrist

Schedule: Full-Time
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Psychiatrist to join our busy outpatient behavioral health department in Daytona Beach, Florida. The practice specializes in both mental health and substance abuse treatment, offering comprehensive care to patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with mental health and substance use disorders

Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers and support staff

Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings
Position Requirements:

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Psychiatry

Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain

Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
