This is a team-based, patient-centered practice serving a diverse patient population, supported by strong system-wide clinical resources and specialist access.The organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.Position Overview• Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan in an outpatient setting• Perform physical exams, preventive health screenings, and chronic disease management• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions• Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies• Prescribe medications and develop evidence-based treatment plans• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary care teams• Provide patient education focused on prevention, wellness, and lifestyle modification• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programsQualifications• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in Washington State or eligible for licensure• Board Certified as Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)• Active/Eligible DEA registration• Primary care experience preferred; strong new graduates welcome to apply• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based settingCompensation is open to discussion and commensurate with experience.
