We are currently seeking an Outpatient Endocrinologist for a Direct Hire / Full-time position in Roswell, NM. This opportunity is open to J-1 and H-1B visa candidates with appropriate sponsorship support.
Position Highlights
- Setting: Outpatient clinic
- Type: Direct hire, full-time
- Call: No hospital call / minimal call (confirm with client)
- Visa: J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available
- Patient Mix: General endocrinology with focus on diabetes, thyroid, and metabolic disorders
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders (diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, pituitary/adrenal disorders, etc.).
- Provide longitudinal outpatient care with an emphasis on chronic disease management and prevention.
- Interpret lab results, imaging, and other diagnostics; adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with primary care and other specialists for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
Qualifications
- MD / DO (or equivalent international degree)
- Board-Certified / Board-Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
- Eligible for medical licensure in New Mexico
- Outpatient endocrinology experience preferred
- Open to J-1 and H-1B visa candidates
