Essential Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal disorders, and pituitary conditions.

Provide comprehensive outpatient care focused on long-term disease management and prevention.

Collaborate with primary care physicians and other specialists to coordinate patient care.

Interpret diagnostic studies, including hormone assays, imaging, and metabolic testing.

Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, medication management, and preventive care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and follow clinical best practices.
Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

Residency training in Internal Medicine.

Fellowship training in Endocrinology.

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Endocrinology.

Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.
