Position Summary
The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join its multidisciplinary team in Ocala, FL.
This is a full-time outpatient opportunity, offering a balanced schedule, manageable patient volume, and access to in-house lab and diagnostic services. You’ll have the support of a collaborative team, including nurse practitioners, diabetic educators, and experienced clinical staff, all dedicated to improving endocrine health in the community.

Essential Position Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive evaluation and management of patients with diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and metabolic disorders.

Conduct consultations and follow-up visits in a dedicated outpatient setting.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of primary care physicians, diabetic educators, and support staff.

Participate in ongoing quality improvement and clinical innovation initiatives.

Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system.

Engage in patient education and preventive care strategies to promote long-term wellness.
Qualifications

Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.

Licensure & Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology; active Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain).

Experience: Outpatient or community-based clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
