Position Summary

The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join its thriving and collegial practice in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a balanced mix of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. The incoming physician will have the opportunity to work with an established patient base in a collaborative and supportive environment that values clinical autonomy and work-life balance.

Essential Position Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions in patients of all ages.

• Perform dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and other minor surgeries.

• Option to perform cosmetic and aesthetic procedures such as injectables, laser treatments, and other elective services.

• Provide preventive and therapeutic dermatology care in both medical and procedural settings.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Collaborate with physician assistants, nurses, and fellow dermatologists to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Participate in continuing education, clinical meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
Licensure & Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology; eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure.
Experience: Prior dermatology experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
Skills: Excellent diagnostic, procedural, and interpersonal communication skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
