About The Role
The Data Prep Senior Lead oversees teams responsible for document processing, data integrity, and workflow accuracy in a high‑compliance environment. This role ensures operational consistency, quality control, and adherence to established policies while supporting staff performance and meeting contractual timelines.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise staff responsible for data preparation, documentation review, and quality processing
- Assign and track workloads to meet accuracy, volume, and timeliness expectations
- Review work products to ensure completeness and adherence to standards
- Monitor productivity metrics and identify trends or deficiencies
- Conduct internal audits and quality control reviews
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and contractual requirements
- Provide coaching, corrective feedback, and performance support
- Support onboarding and training of assigned personnel
- Manage schedules to ensure operational coverage and efficiency
- Communicate workflow updates and procedural changes clearly
- Prepare reports and operational summaries for management
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive records and information
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; or
- Associate degree with additional relevant experience; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two (2) or more years of relevant experience in compliance‑driven operations, data processing, quality assurance, or similar environments
- At least one (1) year of supervisory or lead experience
- Experience managing high‑volume workflows with strict accuracy requirements
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Comfort working with databases, reporting tools, and operational systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, depending on assignment
- Flexible schedule required, including evenings and weekends
- Must be accessible by mobile phone as needed for operational matters
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government background investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Child Abuse/Neglect Report (CAN) or child protective services check to the satisfaction of contract requirements.
- Internal background check to the satisfaction of contract requirements.
- Favorable credit check for all cleared positions
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance
- Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have mobility to attend meetings with other managers and employees and ability to regularly travel via air, car, train, etc.
- Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 15% - 49% of the time.
- Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 10% - 25% of the time.
- Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to write, type, and use a telephone system 75% - 100% of the time.
- Physical Dimensions: May move 20-30 lbs.
- Consider the position at hand (i.e., lifting, pushing and pulling won’t be very necessary). Percentages should be modified to reflect the necessity for each position.
