The Providence Community Health Centers, with 8 outpatient primary care clinics in the city of Providence, offers:

Nurse Practitioners can opt for adult-only panel, or a lifespan panel, based on their experience and interests.

Qualifications:
- Family Nurse Practitioner with 2-3 years’ experience as primary care provider.
- Medical License in Rhode Island
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
