At The Protein Spot, we’re redefining fast food. We serve fresh, high-protein meals, made-to-order smoothies, energizing coffee, and a rotating hot bar — all with a focus on clean ingredients, speed, and convenience. We’re looking for a passionate, driven Back of House Lead who can lead by example and keep operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• Prior kitchen experience; lead, shift-lead, or line-cook experience strongly preferred
• Solid knife skills and comfort reading and following recipes
• Strong food-safety knowledge; current (or willing to obtain) Servsafe Manager Certification
• Dependable, organized, and proactive — you anticipate what needs doing before being asked
• A genuine team player who can lead, coach, and keep a positive attitude under pressure
• High standards for cleanliness, consistency, and quality
• Comfortable learning POS and inventory systems
• Someone who thrives in fast-paced, health-driven environments
• Dependable, punctual, and confident in leading a shift
• A love for clean eating, fitness, or wellness — or at least a curiosity to learn
• Clear communicator and natural team player with leadership potentia

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand, walk, and work on your feet for full shifts
• Able to lift and carry up to [50] lbs and work safely around hot equipment, knives, and coolers

Schedule

• Full-time, including early mornings / weekends as needed
• Reliable availability and on-time attendance required

Compensation

• $18/$20 hourly DOE, plus tips.
• PTO available for all team members
