What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at The Property Place LLC?
This position will consist of completing daily maintenance on occupied rental properties as well as preparing unoccupied rentals for new tenants. The ideal candidate for this position has general maintenance experience with residential properties, including knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and dry wall. Experience with remodels is a plus.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
