Position Overview
As an Operations Assistant, you will be the first impression of our company and one of the most important members of our team. You'll work directly alongside our Operations Manager to help keep our office, customers, and daily operations organized.
Every day is different. One minute you may be answering a customer's phone call, the next you could be scheduling estimates, following up with a customer for a Google review, organizing supplies in the shop, or reaching out to new customer leads.
We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, likes staying busy, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever they're needed.
Daily Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Answer incoming phone calls with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Respond to customer questions and direct calls to the appropriate team member.
- Return missed phone calls promptly.
- Help create an exceptional customer experience from the first phone call to the completion of the job.
- Scheduling & Office Support
- Schedule estimates and appointments.
- Confirm upcoming appointments with customers.
- Assist the Operations Manager with daily scheduling.
- Keep customer information accurate and up to date.
- Customer Follow-Up
- Contact customers after completed jobs.
- Request Google Reviews.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding estimates.
- Reach out to Angie Leads and other incoming leads.
- Help maintain positive customer relationships.
- Administrative Duties
- Organize paperwork and digital files.
- Help collect overdue invoices by making friendly reminder calls.
- Enter customer information into our software.
- Assist with miscellaneous office tasks throughout the day.
- Shop & Office Organization
- Keep the office clean and organized.
- Help organize tools, supplies, and inventory.
- Restock office and shop materials as needed.
- Assist with small projects around the office.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
