Nurse Practitioner
Location: Hobbs, NM
Pay: $65–$67/hour (DOE)
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, No nights/weekends
Work Setting: Occupational Medicine / Urgent Care (no travel required)
Overview:
Join a compassionate and professional occupational health team in Hobbs, NM. We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality care and oversee daily operations at our clinic, ensuring safe and compliant practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient assessments, develop care plans, and ensure effective treatment.
- Supervise clinic staff and oversee daily operations of the Mobile Medical Unit (MMU).
- Conduct occupational health services: DOT/Non-DOT physicals, drug testing, hearing/respiratory exams, and return-to-work evaluations.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, IADC, and other regulations.
- Support administrative tasks and promote a collaborative, efficient workplace.
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner License (NM).
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (Occ Med, Family, or Emergency Medicine preferred).
- DOT certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills.
- Must pass background, drug, and MVR checks.
