What are the responsibilities and job description for the VIP Salon Agent / LATAM AIRLINES position at The Professional Group?
The Professional Group is looking for a VIP Salon Agent to identify and efficiently serve passengers of the VIP Lounge according to the procedures and standards defined by the company, providing a service of excellence.
Main functions/Activities
- Welcome and greet all passengers at the entrance by their last name. Ask if it is first-time access, if it is, proceed to explain the services they have at their disposal.
- You must accomplish the defined protocols of the area.
- Verify passenger access; enter them into the system correctly and efficiently.
- Make announcements according to defined procedures.
- Constantly monitor flight screens, SIGA, Sabre Airport and contact areas responsible, to confirm and verify the respective flight itinerary.
- Notify the team in charge of passengers with special needs when there are clients that require assistance, for example: they travel in a wheelchair.
- Execute the sale of access to the VIP Lounge.
- Accompany passengers to the showers and explain the services included.
- Monitoring the VIP Lounge frequently, to verify the impeccability of all services and areas of the salon (buffet service, lounge area, cleaning, supplies, etc.)
- Take action when detecting a lack of products, the need for cleaning in some area, a failure in some Supply, etc.
- Monitor that the information published on the flight screens is updated.
- In case of contingencies, they must seek a protection and management solution.
Requirements
- Spanish, English and Portuguese, no exceptions.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- MS Office: Outlook. Word, Excel, Power Point.
- 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Flexible hours.
- Experience in Accounting is a plus.
