Job Summary
Professional is seek a dedicated full-time Inside Sales Representative to promote and sell clients (Australis) unique travel experiences to passengers through Travel Agents and Agencies. Prioritizing FIT travelers (Flexible Independent Travel) by leveraging our company database to proactively and efficiently contact travel agents to prospect, target, and sell.
By utilizing online tools and phone outreach, you will conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from the database, close sales, and effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to final booking. This position is office-based and requires full-time commitment.
Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas for outreach, leads, and revenue.
- Execute the entire sales cycle
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics in the company's CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products, destinations, and pricing to communicate their value proposition effectively.
- Effective Communication
