What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cold Food Production Cook position at The Produce Station?
Did you know that The Produce Station provides catering? There is a lot more going on in our kitchen than what customers see in our market. A great deal of what we do actually gets shipped out of our back door to offices, homes, and venues all over the Ann Arbor area!
Our production team turns out hundreds of sandwiches and salads for our catering clients every day. Additionally, this group prepares every ingredient they use from scratch, including the mayonnaise. We are looking to expand our team with people who enjoy making awesome food in a fast-paced environment.
