Key Responsibilities:
Packing Fresh Produce: Efficiently pack fruits, vegetables, and local food products into containers, ensuring they remain fresh and visually appealing. Adhere to company guidelines to uphold product quality and packaging standards.
Quality Assurance: Inspect produce for freshness and quality, and report any issues to supervisors. Ensure all items meet our high standards before they leave the facility. Check contents to ensure there are no missing items.
Timeliness: Work efficiently to meet daily packing targets and deadlines, contributing to a smooth and timely production process.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow team members to foster a positive and supportive work environment. Share knowledge and assist each other to achieve team goals.
Labeling and Documentation: Accurately apply labels and complete necessary paperwork related to packaging and inventory management.
Safety and Cleanliness: Follow safety procedures, use personal protective equipment as required, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

Schedule: Must be available to work early mornings (5 AM) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Flexibility is required Monday through Thursday to accommodate varying weekly volumes. Average hours are about 12-15 per week.
Compensation and Benefits:
