For more than 17 years, The Produce Box has connected North Carolina families with fresh, local food from 100 farmers and makers. Our delivery model relies on independent contractors we call Neighborhood Ambassadors who deliver our farm-fresh boxes to their community each week.
Neighborhood Ambassadors are paid for every order delivered, are paid out for 100% of tips in their area, and receive a $15 weekly store credit that can be applied to all that The Produce Box has to offer!
This is a great position for:
A stay at home parent (we are kid friendly!)
Retirees or empty nesters
Anyone who wants to supplement their income working less than 5 hours a week.
Job Requirements:
Your personal vehicle on delivery day must be able to hold 20 boxes size 19x13x8
You must be able to walk unassisted while carrying 20lbs
Auto insurance policy of $100,000 Bodily injury per person, $300,000 Bodily injury per accident, $100,000 Property Damage
Clean driving record (No DWI convictions or no more than 6 points in the past 3 years)
