The Role

We are looking for a physical therapist who thinks in systems, not sessions.

This is not a high volume insurance clinic. You will carry a focused caseload, spend real time with each member, and design protocols that combine your hands and your clinical reasoning with technology most therapists never get to touch. You will sit at the center of a team that includes functional medicine, aesthetics, nutrition, and recovery, and your work will shape how a member trains, sleeps, eats, and heals.

What You Will Do

• Perform thorough movement, gait, strength, and functional assessments that identify the root of the problem rather than the loudest symptom
• Build individualized protocols that pair manual therapy and corrective exercise with our recovery technology
• Guide members through injury rehabilitation, surgery preparation, recovery after surgery, and return to sport or performance
• Collaborate with our functional health provider, clinical team, and recovery specialists so every plan reflects the whole picture: labs, training load, sleep, nutrition, and stress
• Track outcomes with objective measures and, where members use them, wearable data such as Oura, Whoop, and CGM
• Educate. Teach members the why behind every recommendation so they leave more capable than they arrived
• Reassess and adjust. Protocols evolve as bodies change
• Contribute to member education and brand content when you want to, including protocol breakdowns, workshops, and Ask the Expert sessions
• Help shape how physical therapy is delivered here. This role is being built, not inherited

What You Bring

• Active Tennessee physical therapy license in good standing (DPT preferred)
• Two or more years of clinical experience, ideally in orthopedics, sports, or performance settings
• Strong manual skills paired with a genuine functional lens: you look at the kinetic chain, the nervous system, and the daily habits behind the injury
• Comfort in a cash pay, concierge environment where the member experience matters as much as the clinical outcome
• Curiosity about recovery technology and the willingness to learn our equipment deeply enough to teach it
• Clear, warm communication. Confident without ego. You guide people, you do not lecture them
• Reliability, discretion, and a high standard for the details

Bonus Points

• Dry needling certification
• Chiropractic Experience
• Blood flow restriction training
• Existing clientele
• CSCS, SFMA, or similar performance credentials
• TPI or golf specific movement training
• Instrument assisted soft tissue, cupping, or ART
• Experience with athletes, touring performers, or executive clientele
• Background in strength coaching, pilates, or manual therapy fellowship training
