Summary
Pro Tool & Supply and Pro Equipment Rental has been serving the construction industry in New England for over 45 years. With locations in Brockton, Waltham, and Springfield MA, and Cranston RI. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team. Specifically we are looking for someone who will assist our Service Manager in keeping up with the day to day operations of our equipment, with service and repairs. Potential employee must demonstrate behavior consistent with the company's vision, mission & core values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, managers & suppliers. Adhere to all company policies, procedures & safety standards. Maintain a safe, clean & organized work area.
Duties
Working with manufacturers on warranty issues and claims.
Work with our customers on warranty repairs and claims.
Ordering parts
Processing work orders
Processing purchase orders
Requirements
team orientated, able to work with others respectfully
adhere to company policies, procedures and safety standards
Must be able to pass a back round check
