The Senior Consultant will interact regularly with client stakeholders, manage project timelines and deliverables, and contribute to thought leadership and continuous improvement of consulting methodologies. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Wayzata, MN, with a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in pharmacy consulting, healthcare consulting, or related fields, with a strong understanding of pharmacy benefits, procurement, and audit processes.
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting, including the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and develop clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong client-facing skills, including relationship management, stakeholder communication, and experience leading meetings and presentations.
- Proven project management capabilities, such as organizing workstreams, managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise reports, proposals, and thought leadership materials.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating sound judgment, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, health administration, business, analytics, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., RPh, PharmD, MPH, MBA) are beneficial.
- Experience with pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), health plans, or employer-sponsored benefit programs is highly desirable.
