Technical Recruiter

The Princeton Group is a technology search firm with offices in NYC and Metro Park NJ. We are seeking a sales or marketing mindset and someone with 1-5 years of experience.

We will look at candidates from an SDR world that want to add some creativity and personal service to their agenda. Our mission is to provide a high level of personalized service for our clients, and to create the best career matches for our clients and candidates alike. We are looking for individuals who feel comfortable calling candidates and discussing market life. We use LinkedIn as a tool, but networking via verbal communication is our goal. Our clients are moving toward technology automation and cloud computing and that has created an ever-changing market so the ability to pivot and think on one’s toes is also important.

As a Technical Recruiter you will be a career advisor to both new and existing candidates by providing insight into market intelligence and compensation expectations. This role will enable you to be creative, resourceful, and innovative as you network to enable technology professionals to have great career options. We believe in autonomy and visibility, and someone who is open to change to effect better skills. Our method is very personalized and focuses on relationships and great open communication. Requirements:

· 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

· This is a full-time position (M-F)

· Sales Aptitude is a must and a high level of achievement.

· Must be entrepreneurial in spirit and eager to learn the business, with a high level of energy and positivity for success.
