We are seeking a highly polished, technically strong End User Support professional to join a fast-paced, performance-driven investment environment. This role is central to ensuring our front office and executive teams operate without friction, downtime, or distraction.This is a white-glove support role supporting senior leadership and trading professionals, where precision, discretion, and technical depth are critical.Role OverviewDeliver high-touch, in-person and remote support across the firm’s technology stack, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint), Exchange, GlobalProtect, Lenovo X1 laptops, Azure Virtual Desktop, and related platformsBuild trusted relationships with executives including CEOs, CFOs, Managing Directors, and TradersPartner closely with systems, network, and application teams to ensure resilient, scalable, and secure solutionsParticipate in and execute both tactical initiatives and longer-term global technology projectsProactively identify issues through log analysis and system behavior, resolving problems before business impactGather business requirements and drive adoption of new tools through concise documentation, training, and direct engagementQualifications3-5 years of experience in End User / Desktop / IT Support within hedge funds, investment banks, or similar financial institutionsStrong expertise in:Microsoft 365, Intune, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePointWindows 11, Azure Virtual Desktop, Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShellSCCM administration, automation scriptingVPN clients, desktop and laptop hardware, mobile device support (iOS & Android)Experience supporting market data applications and VoIP systemsComfortable operating under pressure, prioritizing issues, and making decisions with limited informationExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at all organizational levelsStrong documentation and live training capabilitiesA data-driven, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on reliability and executionThe Ideal CandidateYou take ownership, operate calmly in high-stakes environments, and bring both technical expertise and sound judgment to every interaction.
