What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at THE PRINCESS MARTHA LLC?
The Princess Martha is in need of customer service oriented individuals who are interested in being a part time server in our dining room. This position is responsible for:
- Fold napkins
- Check tables in the station to ensure they are ready for service
- Ensure all water pitchers, coffee, ice, soup, lemons and china is available and ready for use during service.
- Follow all facility guidelines regarding serving residents and guest meals.
- If resident concern/problem occurs, apologize to the resident and inform supervisor immediately.
- Use proper lifting techniques at all times
- Pre-bus tables. Place dishes and silverware in dish area.
- Complete closing side duties as assigned.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Assist with opening & closing tasks
- Learn front and back of house
- Taking dining orders for residents
- Relaying information to our kitchen
- Carrying and distributing food to our residents
- Providing a positive attitude
Customer Service is 99% of this job.
We are looking for Part Time Servers to be available on call as well.
