Position Highlights
- Title: Territory Manager
- Location: Phoenix AZ
- Territory: AZ, NM, NV
- Travel: ~65% AZ / 35% Albuquerque & Las Vegas
- Take full ownership of the territory and drive revenue growth
- Prospect, build, and expand new and existing accounts
- Conduct in-office education, product demonstrations, and training with providers
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to rebuild and grow a recently vacant territory
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and account expansion
- Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities and scale the region
- 2 years of B2B or outside sales experience with some medical sales experience preferred
- Strong work ethic with a “build it from scratch” mentality
- Coachable, competitive, and highly self-motivated
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Willingness to travel within the territory
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$130,000
- Salary: $65-70K
- Significant upside beyond OTE for top performers
- $700/month Car allowance plus gas card and travel reimbursement
- Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.)
