Facilities Technician
This individual is responsible for performing general maintenance and assisting the facilities maintenance staff as assigned:
- Performs equipment repairs as directed by supervisor
- Performs general maintenance on all sites as assigned by supervisor
- Assists with building/site improvements
- Assists with moving equipment and furniture
- Performs grounds keeping, lawn care, and snow removal at all sites as assigned
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Location and Hours of Position
NO WEEKENDS
The general office hours for this position are Monday to Friday 7:30 AM- 3:30PM
Position is located in 63 Pitt Street, Sharon, PA 16146.
Travel to other PHN sites is required

Qualifications
High School Graduate/GED or equivalent work experience
- Valid Driver's license in good standing
- Previous construction and/or contracting background preferred
- Must be able to lift 100 lbs.
- Travel to all PHN sites as needed and overnight stay may be possible
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as a team player and on an individual basis
- Basic-Average Computer Skills
