Care Staff is responsible for observing and attending to resident's symptoms, complaints, or conditions that may be affecting their physical, mental, or spiritual needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform required checks on residents
· Assist residents with room cleaning, activities, and personal hygiene.
· Provide transportation to and from resident appointments if needed
· Cook/Assist members snack times,
· Performing housekeeping tasks as assigned on facility checklists including but not limited to bathroom cleaning, facility laundry, and filling of supplies.
· Dispense prescribed medications
· Complete all necessary paperwork
· Spend a majority of working shift out on the floors interacting with member to assist in meeting their individual needs and goals.
TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
· Must have a desire to work with persons with disabilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 45 per week
