Our Le Mars location is hiring for direct care staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform required visual checks on all members
· Assist with daily activities including such as member cleaning, laundry, and assistance with personal hygiene as needed.
· Transport members with company van if outings are scheduled
· Responsible for some meal prep and snacks
· Completes documentation
· Spend a majority of working shift out on the floors interacting with member to assist in meeting their individual needs and goals.
TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Must have a desire to work with persons with disabilities
· Clean Criminal Background and Driving record are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
