Hiring for our Le Mars location...Day hours available!
Our organization assists adults with a mental health diagnosis and we are looking for staff to work directly with our residents.
Duties may include:
- Direct interaction, getting to know and support the residents
- Perform required checks
- Dispense medication
- Assist resident with their Activities of Daily Living including but not limited to room cleaning, laundry and assistance with personal hygiene if needed.
- Provide transportation to and from appointments
- Meal preparation, serve and clean up
- Performing housekeeping tasks as assigned
- Proper filing of paperwork
- Assist with activities if the activity such as library trips, outdoor activities
TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver license
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Must have a desire to work with persons with disabilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
