What You’ll Do
- Assemble Custom Products: Build high-end site furnishings, waste & recycling receptacles, and golf course amenities using hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
- Follow Build Plans: Read and interpret work orders and bills of materials.
- Quality Inspection: Inspect finished materials, plastic lumber components, fasteners, and hardware to ensure products meet quality and visual standards.
- Drive Team Goals: Collaborate with team members across the shop floor to meet daily production targets safely and efficiently.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable working with drills, drivers, tape measures, and assembly tools.
- Eye for Quality: Strong attention to detail to ensure seamless fit and finish on customized products.
- Reliability: Dependable work ethic, good attendance, and a team-first mindset.
- Experience: Previous assembly, manufacturing, or woodworking experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
